Ingredients
4 whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
8 oz thinly sliced turkey breast
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
1 cup mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, or arugula)
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion. Cook and crumble the bacon if using.
Mix the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) with Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
Warm the Tortillas:
Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until pliable.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
